If we decide that a damaged or faulty item needs to be returned to us we will provide you with a freepost returns label, (we will advise you of this beforehand). If the item develops a fault, or is faulty and is reported to us, after 30 days then we are not responsible for any return posting costs if required. 99% of items are sent tracked delivery and customers will be notified of the tracking number for their reference once the order has been despatched. If an order is returned to us (Return To Sender) for reasons beyond our control we will notify the customer to arrange despatch for the second time and we reserve the right to charge the customer for the cost of re-sending.
