Welcome to The Charactarium! For sale is a sliding glass fronted kitchen /drinks/display cabinet with decorative design on the glass.

Description

We’re not sure what type of wood the cabinet is made of (not bamboo but has that kind of feel about it) but it is light in weight and easy to handle. It has two sections with a single fixed shelf in the upper and each section is fronted by two sliding panes of glass which are decorated with a “star” pattern (picture 11 bottom). This design is in very good condition and remains clean and clear. The doors are slid open/closed using integrated handles etched into the glass (picture 11 top) and their operation is smooth.

Internally the cabinet is presented in very good vintage condition with no breaks or scuffing. Externally it is in good condition save for some whitish heat/water marks to the top but these are not prominent given the light colouring of the wood (picture 10) and if this unit stands on a worktop it would not in any case be seen once in use. We also note some specks of paint and small breaks/splits to the veneer on the bottom of one side which have subsequently been glued down (picture 12).
