Payment by PayPal only (unless otherwise agreed) and within 3 days of purchase please.

Depending upon weight, items will be sent either Royal Mail 2nd class or via carrier to the UK only.

We are based in a small country village and our local Post Office opens on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (except Bank Holidays). Items sent via Royal Mail will therefore only be posted on these days.

Items sent by carrier will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.

We are happy to combine postage for multiple purchases.

IMPORTANT: If you would like to combine postage, please contact us prior to payment and we will amend your invoice.

If alternative postage (ie. 1st Class, Recorded or Special Delivery) is required, please let us know prior to payment so we can amend your invoice.

We always obtain proof of postage and will be happy to send you a copy should the item be lost, stolen or broken in the post to enable you to make a claim through Royal Mail.

To minimise the impact on the environment, we reuse packing materials wherever possible. We recycle all our own household paper and containers so don't be suprised if your purchases turn up in some rather unusual boxes!

Returns / Refunds

We value your custom and your satisfaction is of prime importance to us. As an honest and trustworthy company we do our best to check and package all goods extremely carefully. However, should there be a fault or defect with your item, please send us an eBay message within 24 hours of receiving your order to let us know you will be returning your item also including the reason for return.

Please return your item within 7 days of receipt with all packaging and labels and it will be replaced.

If we are unable to provide a replacement a refund will be given (minus post and packing charges).
