Tips:

Before using your carbon stell wok for the first time, it has to be seasoned to prevent food sticking to the wok whilst cooking.

To season, wash the wok by hand and apply a little oil, then heat the wok for a minute over a medium flame and wipe dry (please take care as the wok may be hot).

Always wash by hand and avoid using abrasive cleaning substances as this can lead to the patina (coated protective layer) being removed.

If you notice that the wok is beginning to rust, remove the rust with a stiff brush and then re-season
